Like I said, this vehicle is brand new, it’s a 2017 model, and it is a limited trim level. So, top of the line as far as trucks go, and we’ll look at some of the equipment inside in a second here.

Hi, Eric here at Legacy Ford Rimbey. Also representing Legacy Ford Ponoka. I’m here at Rimbey today to try this brand new 2017 Ford Explorer Limited. Stock number is T-2052.
Now, limited trim level on the Explorer, you get a lot of equipment, you get some really nice stuff. We have the front sensing up here. It’s going to beep at you to let you know when you’re getting close to something. As well as the front camera here, so, on your screen inside you can see in front of you. It’s a really handy little tool.
You do have Intelligent Access, with push-button start, so as long as you have your hands on the door handle, it’s going to open up for me.
Inside, we have the leather interior, a 10-way power driver’s seat and passenger seat. A telescopic steering wheel. We have heated steering wheel, heated and cooled seats, navigation. You have the Bluetooth, commandable for everything.
You have the nice moon roof up top. You got your traction control, your Terrain System Management there. Dial in the center console there. This vehicle can actually park itself, it’s got the Park Assist, Lane Departure. Tons of awesome safety features in this vehicle.
The back seat of these Explorers, you got lots of room. As you can see, this one’s got the two bucket seats. A little console in there, so nice and easy to get back into that back seat. You have your flow through vents in here. You have climate control along with 110V outlet, back on the center console there. Of course, we have the power lift gate, so by the fob I can raise that lift gate.
Something really cool about the Explorer is that in this trim level, we can pull these seats with that power, so you got the floor controls there, and you can do a few different things with them. You can just fold them automatically by themselves to give you a flat line truck space. Lots of room for whatever you’re carrying around.
Of course, the back of the vehicle, and I say this the most at the end of most of my videos because most of the vehicles have it nowadays, the reverse camera and the reverse sensing. Really nice thing to have.
Like I said, these Explorers, very safe vehicles. I mean you can conquer any terrain with them. Very smooth riding.
